Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MG LUXURY SERVICES LLC! We’re thrilled you’ve chosen us for your luxury car rental experience. We want to be completely clear and transparent about how our service works, what we expect from you (our valued customer), and what you can expect from us (the provider).

These Terms and Conditions are a simple, yet important, agreement between MG LUXURY SERVICES LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Provider”) and you (“you” or “Customer”) for the rental of our luxury vehicles via www.mgluxuryservices.net.

1. Eligibility & The Agreement

  • Who can rent? To rent a vehicle from us, you must be at least 25 years old (due to insurance requirements for high-value luxury cars), hold a valid driver’s license that has been in good standing for a minimum period (usually 3-5 years, depending on the car), and have a clean driving record (no major moving violations or DUIs).
  • Proof & Insurance: You must provide a valid driver’s license and proof of current, full-coverage automobile insurance that transfers to the rental vehicle. For luxury rentals, your insurance is typically required to meet high liability minimums (e.g., $100K/ $300K/ 50K, and include comprehensive and collision coverage with an acceptable deductible. We will require a copy of your insurance declaration page.
  • The Contract: Every rental requires you to sign a separate Rental Agreement at the time of pickup. This T&C document is the foundation, but the specific details (like mileage limits, exact return time, and your deposit amount) will be in that final agreement.

2. Payments, Deposits, & Cancellations

  • Rental Fees: The cost for your rental period will be clearly agreed upon and generally paid in full at the time of reservation to secure the vehicle. Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis.
  • Security Deposit: A significant security deposit (held as an authorization on your credit card) is required before taking possession of the vehicle. This deposit covers potential minor damages, excess mileage/tolls, cleaning fees, and any insurance deductible if damage occurs. It will be released after the vehicle is returned and inspected, assuming no issues.
  • Cancellations:
    • Provider’s Right: In the unfortunate event that the reserved vehicle is unavailable due to an unexpected issue (e.g., mechanical failure, accident by a previous renter), we will make every effort to offer you a comparable or upgraded vehicle. If we can’t offer an acceptable alternative, you will receive a 100% refund of your rental payment.
    • Customer’s Policy: Luxury vehicles are often booked far in advance. Cancellations hurt our ability to re-rent the vehicle. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup, a cancellation fee (often $\mathbf{50\%}$ to $\mathbf{100\%}$ of the rental cost) may apply, as outlined in your specific Reservation Agreement.

3. Your Responsibilities as the Customer (Minimizing Risks)

You are renting a high-value, specialized luxury machine. Your care and caution are essential.

Responsibility AreaYour ObligationRisk/Consequence
Vehicle CareAlways lock the vehicle when unattended. Park it in a secure location (ideally a garage). Protect it from extreme weather. Check tire pressure and fluid levels (if you notice an indicator light). If the vehicle is stolen or damaged due to negligence (e.g., leaving it unlocked), your deposit and insurance coverage may be voided, making you responsible for the vehicle’s full replacement value.
Authorized DrivingOnly you, and any pre-approved and insured Additional Drivers listed on the Rental Agreement, may operate the vehicle.Allowing an unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle automatically voids ALL insurance and liability protections, and you will be held fully responsible for all resulting damage and costs.
Prohibited UsesDO NOT use the car for racing, track use, ‘drifting,’ off-roading, carrying passengers or property for hire (e.g., Uber/Lyft), or any illegal purpose.Any misuse immediately breaches this agreement, and we may repossess the vehicle without refund, with you liable for all fees and damages.
Usage ConditionDO NOT operate the vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol. NO smoking or vaping is permitted inside the vehicle (a significant cleaning/deodorization fee will apply if violated).Driving under the influence is illegal and voids all insurance.
ReturnReturn the vehicle to the agreed-upon location and on time, with the fuel tank full (a refueling surcharge will apply if it’s not).Late returns will incur a substantial hourly or daily fee, and if significantly late, we reserve the right to report the car as stolen.

4. Responsibility for Damage, Loss, or Accidents

  • Customer’s Primary Responsibility: You are responsible for all loss or damage to the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault (including theft, vandalism, or damage caused by a third party). This responsibility includes:
    • The cost of all repairs up to the vehicle’s full value.
    • Your insurance deductible.
    • A reasonable charge for “Loss of Use” (the income we lose while the car is being repaired and cannot be rented).
    • Towing, storage, and administrative fees.
  • Accident Procedure: If an accident occurs, you must:
    1. Immediately ensure the safety of all parties.
    2. Promptly report it to the local police and obtain a police report.
    3. Immediately notify MG LUXURY SERVICES LLC.
    4. Cooperate fully with us and your insurance company during the investigation.
  • Provider’s Responsibility (MG LUXURY SERVICES LLC):
    • Vehicle Condition: We ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and maintained to the manufacturer’s recommended standards at the start of your rental.
    • Limitation of Liability: We are NOT responsible for loss or damage to your personal property left in the vehicle. Our liability for any loss you suffer is limited to foreseeable direct losses resulting from our breach of this agreement (e.g., a refund if we fail to provide the reserved vehicle). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., missing a flight or event).

5. General & Governing Law

  • Tolls and Fines: You are responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, and toll charges incurred during your rental. We will charge the actual fine/toll amount plus an administrative fee for processing the violation.
  • Data & Privacy: We collect necessary personal information to process your rental, verify your identity/license, run background/MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) checks, and process payments. We will not sell your data.
  • Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the specific state where the rental takes place.

This T&C document is not a substitute for legal advice. We strongly recommend that you consult with an attorney to customize and finalize these terms to fully comply with all applicable state and federal laws related to luxury vehicle leasing and rental in the United States.
